Welcome to Monochrome Sessions!
By submitting your application and audio tracks, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before submitting your application.
Application and Selection Process
To apply for Monochrome Sessions, you must complete the application form and upload two audio tracks. These audio tracks must be mixed and mastered to a high standard. All submissions are reviewed by our team and a select number of applicants are chosen.Confirmation and Payment
By submitting the application form and audio tracks, artists agree that if they are chosen, they will pay the session fee of £250, this will confirm their slot. This fee must be paid at least 5 days before the filming date. If the artist fails to pay the fee before 5 days, Monochrome Sessions reserves the right to offer the slot to another artist.Proposed Filming Dates
Selected artists will receive a proposed date for filming, in most cases this will be 2-3 weeks in advance. If selected artists cannot make those dates, they can be rolled over to the next proposed date of filming.Rights and Permissions
All applicants must have full rights and permissions to use the music they submit. By submitting your music and filming your session with us, you also give Monochrome Sessions the right to upload and distribute the session to our YouTube, social media pages, and streaming sites how we see fit.No Refunds
Once chosen artists have paid and confirmed their slot, no refunds can be processed.Rescheduling
If an artist has confirmed a slot but is then unavailable for their session for any reason, we can offer a rescheduled date for the next round of filming.Disclaimer
Monochrome Sessions reserves the right to cancel or postpone filming dates due to unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. It is the artist's responsibility to check for updates regularly.
By submitting your application and audio tracks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not submit your application.
